You will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of the program, while proactively addressing any obstacles that may arise. Qualification

• Bachelor degree (Business admin., engineering or related field)

• Experience in a technology or software development/Software Engineering, program or project management

• Expertise with API, Microservices development

• Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines

• Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.

Responsibilities

• Follow APQP process standards (Full Element checklist and Gate reviews)

• Full use of MS office tools (MS project, excel, PowerPoint)

• Monday.com usage for project tracking and execution

• Identify and understand program objectives

• Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
