Bachelor degree (Business admin., engineering or related field)
Experience in a technology or software development/Software Engineering, program or project management
Expertise with API, Microservices development
Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
Follow APQP process standards (Full Element checklist and Gate reviews)
Full use of MS office tools (MS project, excel, PowerPoint)
Monday.com usage for project tracking and execution
Identify and understand program objectives
Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
