The Data Engineer (Part Time)'s primary job function is to build, maintain, document, and improve application integrations and data pipelines, for both operational and analytical systems.

Qualification

• Significant experience with industry leading data warehousing solutions and related technologies such as Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.

• Significant experience in hosting applications using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage.

• Strong knowledge of standard enterprise integration patterns

• Experience working with Google Cloud or similar major cloud services provider

• Experience working with any mainstream object-oriented programming language

• Strong knowledge of SQL or other mainstream query language

• Strong knowledge of core data architecture concepts (primarily relational and dimensional)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company’s data warehouse and associated data pipelines

• Build and maintain the company’s application integrations

• Assist with data migrations as-needed
